Frank Mambala

Frank performs all investment evaluation and loan monitoring processes in Malawi. He is the primary point of contact for all current and prospective borrowers in Malawi and visits all projects in the country prior to loan approval. Frank is an experienced Agribusiness development and financing expert having a combined 24-year working is various value chains. Prior to Joining Missio Invest in September 2019 he was the Crops and Deputy General Manager for Clinton Development Initiatives of the Clinton Foundation in the commercial Farming enterprises where he was responsible for managing and developing commercial farms, linking smallholders’ farmers in Malawi to Market, Managing and coordinating smallholder farmers in agribusiness investment, developing and training smallholder farmers in new agriculture resilient technologies. He also worked with the tobacco industry in Malawa, Zambia, Mozambique and India responsible for farmer mobilization, training, outreach, business development for prospective SHF in credit analysis and risk management, tobacco buying clients administration, organizational and administrative management of the agronomy department
