Through year-end 2023, Missio Invest has issued $17 million in loans to Catholic-operated Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SME) attached to social service organizations.

Where We Operate
Through year-end 2023, Missio Invest has issued loans to 72 small and growing businesses across nine countries (Nigeria, Kenya, Uganda, Zambia, Malawi, Tanzania, Ghana, Rwanda, Ethiopia) and is expanding to Cameroon, Cote D’Ivoire and other countries in the near term.
Missio Invest is expanding across Africa and, in the future, to South Asia and Latin America as well. Our scope has also expanded to include Church-owned health and education enterprises and local financial institutions whose on-the-ground staff and infrastructure enable us to reach a broader segment of beneficiaries.
